Delete account and data

Request deletion of your Triverso account even if you no longer have the app installed.

How to request deletion

  1. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Triverso account”.
  2. Give your nickname or profile name and say whether you signed in with Google or played as a guest. For a Google account, preferably write from the associated email address. If you no longer have access, explain this so we can review how to verify ownership.
  3. We will reply to confirm the information needed and process the deletion. Do not send passwords or tokens.

Send deletion request

The button opens your email app; the request is sent when you send the message. If no email app is configured, copy the address and use webmail. Opening this page or pressing the button does not automatically delete data.

What is deleted

An account request covers your Triverso profile, associated sessions and credentials, the Firebase identity used by Triverso, and your personal activity and progress. We also review data connected to guests, matches and providers to remove your identification and handle associated data.

We do not delete your Google account. Results that must be retained for your opponent are kept without identifying you; if they cannot be separated from your identity, the affected data is deleted.

Processing and exceptions

Requests are handled personally, as soon as reasonably possible after verifying ownership and within applicable legal deadlines. We will tell you the status, any additional information needed and when deletion is complete.

If we must retain data because of a legal obligation or justified security need, we will explain what is retained, why and for how long or under which criterion. We also review backups and providers so a restoration does not bring back deleted data.

Completed deletion cannot be undone. Signing out or uninstalling the app is not a deletion request. If you only want to correct or delete specific information, say so in your message.
